Who you are buying from
These papers are produced by [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], Switzerland.
Payment is processed by [PLATFORM NAME], who act as merchant of record for the sale. That means your contract of sale is with them, they handle payment and any applicable sales tax or VAT, and their name is what appears on your card statement. Their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.
What you are buying
A set of ten independent practice examination papers, delivered as downloadable self-contained HTML files. Eighty questions in total, with written explanations for every answer option.
The papers are study material. They are not, and are not represented as, official, accredited or endorsed material for any certification.
Licence
Single licence. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the papers for your own study, on your own devices, for as long as you like.
Team licence. The team licence covers up to five named people at one organisation. Each of them may use the papers for their own study on their own devices, on the same terms. It does not transfer to anyone outside that organisation, and it does not cover delivering paid training.
Under either licence you may not resell, publish, or upload the papers to a file-sharing or question-bank site. For a larger group or a training cohort, email [CONTACT ADDRESS] and we will work something out.

Delivery
Delivery is immediate and electronic. A download link is sent to the email address given at checkout as soon as payment clears. If it has not arrived within an hour, check your spam folder and then email [CONTACT ADDRESS] and I will send the files directly.
What is not promised
No practice material can guarantee an examination result, and this does not.
The papers are written from publicly published source material and reflect my reading of it. Certification bodies revise their material without notice. I correct errors when they are found and reissue the files, but I do not warrant that every question reflects the current published standard at the moment you sit your exam.
If you believe a question or explanation is wrong, tell me. If you are right I will fix it and you will get the corrected file.
Updates
Corrections and revisions are free for existing buyers, sent to the address you bought with.
